This work focuses on online fitness consulting grounded in evidence-based training, structured program design, and long-term skill development.
Rather than relying on frequent live sessions, the coaching model is intentionally designed to be primarily asynchronous. Clients are supported through individualized programming, regular assessments, ongoing plan management, and scheduled check-ins. My role is to provide clarity, oversight, and informed adjustment—helping people focus on execution rather than sorting through conflicting information.
A central principle of this work is reducing professional dependency. Coaching should build understanding, confidence, and autonomy over time, not replace personal accountability. Live video sessions are used selectively—when additional instruction is helpful, when beginning a new phase of training, or when form checks and technical feedback are needed. Clients may also share videos of their training for review and guidance.
The work is guided by three core tenets: knowledge, discipline, and consistency. Decisions are informed by current evidence and best practices, with an emphasis on education so that progress is supported by understanding rather than guesswork. Training is approached as a skill—one that can be learned, refined, and sustained.
Alongside individual programming, future offerings may include structured online group training formats. These are envisioned as time-bound programs that combine prerecorded sessions with shared participation and real-time feedback, creating a sense of community while maintaining personalized oversight.
Offerings are currently in development. The intention is to build a coaching framework that is rigorous, adaptable, and respectful of changing bodies, schedules, and priorities—supporting progress that holds up over time.
